Enabling Kronomail

The first step in configuring Kronomail is to enable it in the workspace where you want email messages and their attachments to be stored.

To enable Kronomail:

In the Settings view, expand the name of the workspace in which you want to configure the options, expand Advanced Settings, expand Modules, and click Kronomail. A page showing the current Kronomail options appears.
Click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table. To clear a current setting, select the checkbox nearest to the setting that you want to clear. The setting will be cleared when you save your changes.

Note For more information about a particular option, hover the pointer over the help icon or click the option caption to see a brief description of the option.

Kronomail options
Option	Description
Kronomail	To enable Kronomail, click Enabled in the list and select the checkbox. To disable Kronomail, click Disabled in the list and select the checkbox.
Automatically add document subscription	Creates a subscription to the Project Portal document for the email sender when this option is enabled. To enable, click Enabled in the list and select the checkbox. To disable, click Disabled in the list and select the checkbox.
Use canondate format in date fields	When this option is enabled, all date values used in Kronomail are converted to their equivalent canondate formats. To enable this option, click Enabled in the list and select the checkbox. To disable this option, click Disabled in the list and select the checkbox.

Click Save Changes. The page refreshes to show the effective settings.
Confirm that the add-on is enabled by viewing the property page of any folder. If the add-on is enabled correctly, Kronomail rules will appear in the Folder group.
